Ultra-Soft Water
At Jinrui Ramen, we use water that undergoes a 3-stage refinement process through a premium Japanese North Water system, resulting in cho-nansui (ultra-soft water) which acts as the ultimate canvas for our signature broth.
Handmade Noodles
Our signature ramen noodles are made fresh in-house using a blend of premium Japanese wholemeal flour and robust local Malaysian wheat flour, resulting in a high-protein noodle that has a chewy yet silky smooth texture.
Muslim-Friendly
We are a Muslim-friendly establishment (pending Halal certification process) that sources all our ingredients from halal-certified suppliers. Our premises and ingredients contain no pork, no lard, and no alcohol.
